His 20+ years of experience delivering large-scale projects for Fortune 100 organizations brings the commercial discipline needed to scale our breakthrough technology and penetrate global industrial markets.
Terry is a proven startup builder—one IPO, one acquisition, two unicorns, and multiple C-Suite roles delivering scale. With 20+ years of experience, he now builds ATS Energy’s operational backbone for hyper-growth, transforming breakthrough green-tech into the manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure required for rapid global expansion.
As CRO, Jonathan is the primary driver of our commercialization strategy. This is his fifth start-up including unicorns and IPO . Jonathan has held multiple C-suite roles building global sales and marketing, forging the strategic partnerships with industrial leaders that are necessary to rapidly scale revenue and capture the market for solid-state generation.
Eric has spent over two decades catalyzing new industries at the frontiers of climate and sustainability. He translates innovation into markets with global impact, forging the partnerships, finance, and policy pathways that deliver value at scale for industry, investors, and the planet, unlocking massive carbon reductions and reliable clean power worldwide.
Ion leads the engineering and production of the ATS Energy platform. His experience in automation and electrification across the aerospace and EV battery industries is critical to refining our product and scaling our automated, high-volume manufacturing capabilities for reliable global delivery.
A 35-year energy leader and former Shell Technology VP, Ed scales industrial innovation through deep expertise in Materials and Catalysts. He integrates agile systems thinking with technical oversight to bridge the commercialization gap, ensuring operational excellence from R&D through global manufacturing. Ed excels at de-risking complex innovation to deliver immediate, high-impact market results.

As Chairman, Kelly guides ATS Energy’s strategic direction with a mission-driven focus. His 20+ years of experience delivering first-of-a-kind projects in the energy and industrial sectors are instrumental in navigating new markets and ensuring we achieve our ambitious commercial and environmental goals.
As a founder and director, Mike provides critical governance from his experience as a Seagate Technology executive. His track record in revenue growth and deep background in technology, evidenced by his five patents, offer a unique blend of commercial and technical strategic guidance.
Jeff provides invaluable counsel on scaling global operations. As a former EVP at Seagate who managed 38,000 people and worldwide high-volume factories, his expertise is essential for guiding ATS Energy’s transition from development to mass manufacturing and successful global deployment.
With over 35 years in semiconductors and storage, Steven pioneered reliability and yield engineering innovations at companies like LSI, Avago, and Seagate. His patented techniques and leadership of global analytical labs have advanced manufacturing standards, making him a leading expert in high-performance, high-volume product development and quality assurance.
Over 40 years of experience in the energy and broadband utility industry. Served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Platte River Power Authority for 7 years and was a member of that board for over 18 years. Managed a publicly owned electric utility and led the effort to create the highly successful NextLight internet service that’s been consistently ranked one of the best in the nation by PC magazine.
Mike Marley
Mike is part of a 5th generation farming and ranching family in southeast New Mexico managing the family farming and dairy operations and is CFO of Gandy Marley, Inc., an oilfield landfill and remediation company. Mike serves on the boards of Dairy Farmers of America Cooperative, Corporate and Southwest Council, United Dairy Industry Association, Dairy Max, CoBank ACB, and the Assurance Home Foundation. Previously Mike served on the Farm Credit of New Mexico board of directors and president of Zia Milk Producers Cooperative.
